Renfort d'éléments du GIGN pour sa sécurité : Pourquoi Idy s’est « bunkérisé » à l’annonce de sa nomination.

Un fait qui est presque passé inaperçu la semaine dernière, après l'annonce du remaniement ministériel opéré par le Chef de l'Etat, mais que les radars de Dakaractu ont pu déceler. Alors qu'était annoncée l'éviction de la Présidente du CESE Aminata Touré au profit de Idrissa Seck et que ce dernier tenait un point de presse une heure plus tard chez lui, Dakaractu a pu constater un fait inhabituel.

En effet, des éléments du Groupe d'intervention de la Gendarmerie nationale (GIGN), une unité spéciale d'élite se déplaçait chez l'ex maire de Thiès. Au-delà du nombre de ses éléments préposés à la sécurité du maire de Thiès, leur affectation immédiate aux côtés de ce dernier pose la question à savoir si Idrissa Seck était menacé ?

Sa position d'ancien très grand pourfendeur du régime ne plaidait pas pour sa cause. Son entrée dans l'alliance Présidentielle n'étant pas un gage de sécurité pour lui non plus, d'autant que cette décision était la plus inattendue du monde. Du côté de son parti les questionnements aussi persistent sur ce volte-face de leur leader.

Mais c'est surtout du côté de l'opposition restée à quai qu'une supposée menace pouvait venir. La « trahison » était grande pour celui qui avait porté tous les espoirs de cette dernière lors de la dernière Présidentielle. Tellement de raisons qui auraient incité le pouvoir à mettre à la disposition de Idrissa Seck plus de garantie pour sa sécurité.
